I would like tp purchase a bed and breakfast but I have several questions:
1) Where do I go for financing a B&B?
Are there specialized banks or lenders who specialize in B&Bs? Could you recommend one?
2) In the same thought, what about insurance?
Are there specialized insurance companies who specialize in B&Bs?
3) Third question is about RSO’s. Do you utilized RSO’s and could you recommend one?
