Are you traveling through Arizona for romance, honeymoon, or maybe a much needed leisure trip. Is this your first time to see the Grand Canyon and secretly you heard about all those terrific golf courses and you just did not want to bring up the subject to your wife. She has been a great sport about it all these years but this trip is supposed to be special and you are determined to make it just that. The “plan” is to visit Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler and Scottsdale and if there is time a couple of the small  cities Tempe, Gilbert, Peoria and Yuma, Sedona, Bisbee…what order has not exactly been planned as this will give you both something to talk about tonight when you arrive in Yuma.

We are now crossing the border into Arizona and it feels exciting. A place we have never been before together. Golf, fishing and history dating back to the 1500’s exploring Arizona will be fun. Now while we are here visiting it will be Valentine’s Day so I had better stay focused and not forget that important day because it is our 15th Wedding Anniversary.  Oh, I can hear those lush Yuma golf courses beckoning me but I better turn a deaf ear. I wonder what she is thinking “shopping” I bet. Well, this is just the beginning and I am sure we will have a great time. We have a whole month to just enjoy Arizona and all the beautiful, historical and spectacular golf courses. oops there goes my imagination again.
