Your in business so you must have plenty of light not only in your office but in the rooms your guests will be staying. Make sure your B&B/Inn is free of any clutter. Art on your walls will attract wealth, health, knowledge, fame, love, and family are to enhance your business just make sure you have chosen the right paintings. Bedrooms are your main source of income and needs sensual energy. If the bed is up against one wall or if there is only one night stand the couple may feel lonely. Make sure the bed does not face the bedroom door. No TV in the bedroom either.
Balanced Room
Do not put sad painting on the wall these will not encourage romance, love or happiness. A bedroom should feel pleasurable and passionate. This is why your guest came to visit. If possible fresh flowers are a positive in the bedroom. Guests are looking for relaxation, new experiences, romance, improvement in their lives just by getting away from the one they just left and they are looking to you to make their life happier.
Positive Thinking
Take time to appreciate, your guests, make sure you have some fresh fruit around for them to eat. Be generous with your time and compassion. Hoarding or scrimping will work against you financially so keep everything clean and uncluttered especially in the back left side of every room.
The Kitchen
Make sure there is nothing broken in your kitchen and that it is very clean. You do not want any negative energy. Throw out any old outdated food, cookware, or junk food. Display fruits and vegetables whenever possible.
A good thing to do is hang a small mirror near the stove. This is to see who is coming in and out of the kitchen. This is said to increase your wealth. A shiny tea kettle is said to bring good luck as well. Make sure the faucet does not leak if it does you are just throwing your money down the drain. Make sure when you cook you rotate using the burners. Keep at least one potted plant in the kitchen for good energy.
Your Bathroom
Clean and uncluttered a must. If it is dirty and cluttered you are just throwing away your cash flow. No toothpaste or soap scum anywhere this will really upset the wealth energy. Vinegar once a month in the drains for 10 minutes brings positive cash flow. Make sure the sink and bathtub drains are covered.
Living Room
You want harmony in the living room for you and your guests. Corners and alcoves should have a lamp to keep the room well lit for positive energy. Again a potted plant or two is not only suggested but a must. Mirrors must be placed correctly because if not they could create negative energy. Make sure they reflect a positive reflection. Do not make your TV the center of attention this affects the chi. Clean, uncluttered and inviting are the important things to remember.
Having Bed & Breakfast after the burden of lots of work make the people (families, child, businessmen, etc) happy. Owners of Bed & breakfast should take care of each and everything of the visitors and make him comfortable. Bed room, Kitchen, Bathroom and Living room should be up to the mark. It is costly thing to having Bed & Breakfast but if it provide the comfortable to the visitors than they will not hesitate to came again.
