Originally from the Midwest, Sheryl has lived in California, Oregon, Florida, New England, the Caribbean and has traveled extensively. Along with her Midwestern work ethic, she brings a made to order background for this very delicate task of stepping into the innkeepers shoes. With Sheryl's many years of sales success in the Real Estate industry, property management background, experience in marketing, sales and management with a Fortune 500 Company, extensive people experience and background in all aspects of Bed and Breakfast operations, boundless energy, friendly outgoing good nature and her unique ability to "see" the whole picture, you will be able to enjoy your time away from your business with confidence that it is being professionally cared for. In addition to the highly desired skills of gourmet cook, wine enthusiast, strong computer background and broad software knowledge, Sheryl brings the very unusual but extremely beneficial skills and abilities of plumber, electrician and general carpenter.

Sheryl spent many hours working with Bed and Breakfast owners learning new marketing strategies, hospitality techniques and various budgeting approaches in addition to the more traditional but no less important time spent in the kitchens, gardens and overall B & B responsibilities.
Sheryl has been involved in the start up, including land purchase and construction, remodeling, decorating and total management of a number of B & Bs including management of a Cape Cod B & B over the last nine months. After a long and international search, Sheryl decided upon the ideal place for her in this industry, caring for your Inn or Bed and Breakfast on a short term contract basis while you deal with ill health, emergencies, family gatherings or the much needed rest and relaxation you deserve. Available anywhere in the entire United States, or the Caribbean by appointment or short notice Sheryl will arrive the day before your departure (no cost to you) to familiarize herself with all aspects of your Inn or Bed and Breakfast.

This will be necessary for her to experience your style and personal methods of operation. Including marketing, reservations, housekeeping, cooking, area attractions, dining and entertainment, records management, computer system and software, mechanical workings and any idiosyncrasies of the property. A questionnaire will be sent to you in advance to expedite this process.
