Recipe: Apple Cheese Omelet
1 tablespoon chopped onion, saute
2 tablespoons sharp cheddar
3 fresh eggs, beat and add 1 teaspoon water dash of salt & fresh ground pepper cheese
4 slices of cooked apple
Saute onion in 1 teaspoon olive oil. Add egg mixture, cook as you would a regularomelet, turn, add cheese and apple.
Serve with Fresh fruit and Sweet Potato muffins, cinnamon coffee and Fresh orange juice.
