Recipe: Baked Pear and Cranberry Fruit Dish
For those especially cold mornings warm up with a delicious fruit bake
Cut pears and apples (6 each) in small pieces,
mix with cranberries (1 bag)
add 1 cup of unbleached flour and 1 cup raw sugar and stir,
cover with a toasted granola (we make an Inn tradition that has been served for the last 50 years),
add 2 cups of apple cider,
pour into a flat pan and cover with aluminum foil
bake for 1 to 2 hours on low (the smell is invigorating as it permeates the inn),
scoop into a bowl and serve with a spoonful of yogurt
Serve warm and enjoy!
